Product update: Dry Hardwood Coarse (DHC) is no longer available. For hardwood smoking sawdust, we now supply Red Gum Sawdust: all-natural Australian hardwood, 4 to 8 mm particle size, suited to the same smoking applications.
DHC was a general purpose smoking sawdust used by smallgoods producers, butchers and home smokers, and as a substrate for mushroom cultivation.
