Pollards has supplied graded sawdust to Australian brick and masonry manufacturers for decades. Both hardwood and softwood grades are available in a range of particle sizes to match each plant’s specification.
Wood Flour is our ultra-fine grade (0.5-2mm) where a fine, consistent additive is required. Absorbent Fine Pine (AFP) offers fine softwood up to 2mm, and MiniChip covers applications needing a larger particle.
Manufacturing lines need predictable inputs. Our screening and grading process delivers consistent particle sizing batch after batch, and bulk supply with scheduled deliveries keeps your production moving.
Our sawdust and wood shavings are bagged in woven polypropylene stitched bags and sold by volume, not weight. Bag sizes vary by product, from 60 litre bags for finer grades (single bags or by the pallet) up to 900 litre bulk bags. Commercial and bulk quantities are available year-round.
