We can arrange delivery to any location within Australia.

We currently do not have any interstate suppliers.

From our factory here in Melbourne – Plenty – we run our own trucks (8 to 10 pallet spaces) within metro and limited outer Melbourne areas.

Any palleted orders must have a forklift on site to unload.

For smaller quantities (1 – 2 pallets or part thereof) we are happy to work alongside

the customer when arranging a courier or their own vehicle.

For regional and interstate deliveries of palleted orders, we engage third party  freight companies who can usually deliver within 3 – 5 business days.

Interstate freight costs will be subject to quote.

Single bags can be sent via Australia Post both within Vic and interstate – minimum delivery charge for 1 bag within Vic starts at $50, minimum delivery charge for 1 bag interstate is $60 and will vary depending on the post code..

Alternatively, if you want to pick up your order you can do so by prior arrangement. We’re open Monday to Friday 7am – 4pm.

The delivery window for a customer order will depend on the product and quantity to be  shipped.

In stock orders can be despatched within 3 working days or less.

Lead time on commercial sized orders will be indicated on the order quote.

We sell bulk quantities of bagged product but NOT loose bulk loads.

All of our products are produced and sourced from chemical-free virgin timbers.

The majority of our products are produced from kiln-dried timbers.  

If you specifically require air dried or green timber, please enquire within.
